30 Jul ENNEADI among the very few selected projects of a Erasmus + KA2 call
ENNEADI is among the very few selected projects (28 approved out of 207 submitted) of the 2020 Erasmus + KA2 call for proposals.
“KA2 – Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices – Strategic Partnerships for Vocational Education and Training” is an area of European projects that works on the innovation of good practices: in this context, Futura (as Coordinator), with the University of Bologna, Italian partner and scientific coordinator, together with a Spanish partner (Nueva Opción, Asociación Daño Cerebral Adquirido de Valencia) and a Lithuanians partner (University of Siauliai) conceived and shared the project idea.
ENNEADI (European Network in Nutritional Education for Acquired Disabilities), co-funded by the EU Programme Erasmus +, aims to identify strategies to improve the style and quality of life of people affected by acquired disabilities, also creating innovative training courses dedicated to the various professionals who manage, at various levels, people with this kind of disability.
Careful analysis has shown that in partner countries there is a lack of references dedicated to the relationship between healthy eating and disability, and the ENNEADI project has precisely this purpose: to fill an existing gap through e-learning training courses that can develop specific and detailed knowledge on the relationship between nutrition and acquired disability, to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of these people.
Finally, let’s mention the associated partners, who can make an important contribution to the implementation of the project:
Neurorehabilitation Unit of the IRCCS Institute of Neurological Sciences of Bologna, “Gli Amici di Luca” Onlus Association (Bologna), an Italian network of associations “La RETE” and the Region Örebro County (Sweden).
